In order to access the dashboard, you must first log in. The log in link is at the top right of the page:
Once you are logged in, the links in the upper right will change to:
Click on "dashboard". Scroll to the bottom and you will see this option:
Choose the placement of the link and click "update".

Just wanted to let you know that you now have the option to place the Pikter link in the front or back. Simply log in to Pikter, visit the dashboard and the option is at the bottom of the front page of the dashboard.
