Hey, love the feature. I use the google/ig widget for ping.fm but i will also like if the site includes Imeem, imeem.com is similar to myspace and has the "update status" feature.

can you add Loopt status

It'd be great if there was a link that I could drag to a toolbar to make a ping.fm popup window open for me to compose a new message into :-D

My Ping.fm Adobe Air Desktop Widget for Mac, Widows and linux. Is finally ready and will be officially released in the next public beta August 14. As a result you need a beta code to be able to get a download of the app... So please go to http://anthonykosednar.com/pingfm/ to put your email on the beta code waiting list. Now this widget features osting to status, micro-blog, blog all from your desktop in addition to pingpic which allows you to ping pictures from your desktop. Here is an example of one of those pings: http://twitter.com/gamers600/statuses... ... please note that pingpic as well as the rest of the app is still being added on to frequently so a lot more features will be added. All my other desktop widgets are doing pretty good too and should be released in closed beta soon...... The only requirement of the widget is that you have adobe air installed on your computer if not then you will be prompted to install it.

* Please note: AT the moment I do not recommend using adobe air on linux as it is still in beta and is still very buggy if you want to use a desktop widget for ping.fm I recommend waiting till one of the future releases of other types of my widgets, like: yahoo desktop widget, Google desktop widget. (As a side note: Also I will be releasing a pingfm sidebar widget too)

* Help pay for widget bandwidth :

MySpace has a mood option with their status update. I don't want to have to go to the website separately just to change my mood after I changed my status via ping.fm. Maybe ping.fm can add this option.
