Am I just not getting it? Micro-blogging not working?
Just signed up. Sent out my first status update to my networks without a problem. Great! I'm happy. Now I try the Micro-blogging.
I set "Ping My" to Micro-blogs enter my text and send. It then updates my status on all of my networks. Grrr. I would have expected that marking it differently would have had it write the message differently (like on my wall) in facebook. If its going to do the same thing no matter what, what's the point of categorizing them differently?
So I look for help under posting advice. It says to add @m at the begining of the message. Ok, I set the "Ping My" again to Micro-blogs add the @m and enter my message. Click post, everything looks ok and no errors reported, but the message never gets sent. I've watched the recent posts queue for two hours. It never appears.
Is this the expected behavior or is this a problem?!?

Inappropriate?We post to sites however we can. If there's no support for say, microblogging, we use the status update functionality. We do this so you can have more combinations of sites posted to with any given setup. We are also bound by the website's API restrictions. For Facebook, there is no way to post to a Wall.
What sites do you have set up for Microblogging? If you have the functionality disabled, it will more than likely not show in a recent feed, nor will it post.
What's your e-mail address and I will investigate your settings to see if there's a problem.
