Can ping.fm receive updates?
Can ping.fm receive updates from twitter, pownce or any other service? It's great to be able to update all of my statuses at once, but ping.fm can't fully replace my Twitter client if I can't receive updates from my friends.

Inappropriate?We don't plan to in-feed status updates. We are relying on other websites like Socialthing!, Profilactic and FriendFeed to support the streaming in of friend data.

Inappropriate?This all sounded really great until I realized that I'd still have to open up something on the side to update stuff. Updates to ping.fm from twitter is the best way to go in my opinion.
