how do i get ping.fm to read my my friendfeed status and update my accounts that i loaded automatically?

Inappropriate?No, we don't feed in from other sites. You could set up a feed to do this on twitterfeed (http://twitterfeed.com/) or as Mitchell said, use e-mail or even the GTalk bot right in e-mail.
