can't get reset password and no response from ping support!

hi.. i tried to send a reset password request and never got the email (4 times). its not in my spam folder either. i then emailed support via the contact form but no one has responded! this was two days ago?

can i get a manual reset or something? and i swear i couldn't login with the password i signed up with...
