Can't sign up for IM from AIM or GTalk
I went through the steps on the settings screen, added the bots to my AIM and GTalk client (Trillian) and sent the verification code.
All I got back was an error saying my screenname wasn't recognised; however I can't find anywhere to put in what my screenname is?

Inappropriate?We had some issues with the bots last night.. Try again now and let us know if you still have the problem. You were doing it right, just copy the verify-#### from the website in an im to the bot.. that's how it associates your screen name to your ping account.

Inappropriate?I'm having this issue right now. Using the AIM program from the Sidekick LX. Put my verification code in and it tells me to go to pingfm/im/aim to enable posting messages through AIM. -

Inappropriate?The verify-xxxxxxxxxx is case sensitive, it looks like your phone is putting in Verify-xxxxxxx. Try making the V lowercase. We can put that on our list of things to fix.
