Duplicate Social Networks

When attempting to add a particular social network my browser appeared to lock up. After clicking the submit button a couple more times it finally processed. However, now I show multiple items for the network in the "Ping My" drop-down list on the dashboard.

The network only is listed once under the Social Networks list, and disabling and re-enabling the particular network does not remove the duplicate items.
