Email Ping.fm not posting to Plurk BUT works for Twitter.

i have a cron job email which sends to ping.fm via email, and posts to twitter.com/sgweathernow and plurk.com/sgweathernow, it shows up for twitter but not plurk. I manually submitted the post via ping.fm's web interface and it posted successfully to plurk. http://www.plurk.com/p/ijgs2 any idea why the email to ping.fm to plurk does not work? Thanks.
