HELP! CAN'T POST FROM MY PHONE
URGENT!!! I can't post updates via Ping.fm from my phone. It will only update my networks if I post from the site. This is UNACCEPTABLE as I have a big event tonight and need to be able to text updates. All my settings indicate that I should be able to text/post from my phone. What's the deal?

Inappropriate?Still waiting for an answer. It corrected itself briefly last night but is doing the same thing again today. I text...it goes into the ether, never to be seen again. Only site postings work.

Inappropriate?Sorry for the slow response. We had a temporary problem with our SMS service. It was down for about 12 hours around the time you posted this. It is back up and running fine now. If you have the ability to send e-mail from your phone you could use that method as a backup (too late now, just fyi in the future)
