I wanna upload a pic from my desktop.

I know how to ping pictures from my mobile, but what about pics from my desktop?
I can't find a place that allows me to easily upload my desktop photo and ping it. Am I limited to emailing pictures from my mobile phone and my desktop email browser?
An example of a service that has a desktop and mobile upload option is Twitpic.
