Inappropriate?The most common cause of this is when you have the sites updating each other. It looks like you have plaxo updating twitter, so if ping updates twitter and plaxo, plaxo will cause the duplicate in twitter. You should be able to turn that off in your plaxo settings under "Hook up the websites you use"
