Mozilla Ubiquity
the Mozilla Ubiquity program just came out, but it only has Twitter support now. Rather, there is only a Twitter command written. I am not sure your API situation, but a Ping.fm command would be most excellent

Inappropriate?Yeah. We confirm and activate every API key request that comes through. There are 7 keys requested specifically for ubiquity. I have not had a chance to try them out yet.
