Newbie Post Pictures via Email Questions
The documentation on Ping is a little bit limited.
I have a new account and I have my default settings set to status updates and I can sucessfully post status updates to Twitter & Facebook via email and SpinVox.
It did take me some experiemntation to discover that it is the email body that is used for status updates and the body doesn't matter BUT if I set my default to Micro-blogging the email subject gets used for the status update. That should really be documented on the email page.
But I can't work out how to get pictures posted, I have Flickr set up and Facebook has the post picture options set. But emailing a picture results in nothing appearing, not on my recent posts page, not in Flickr and only a status update in Facebook.
So I thought that I might need to set a trigger for picture posts - but if there is one I can't find what it described on the site anywhere.
Can someone provide a simple description of wnat settings should be set in Ping and what the syntax of subkecy and body should be in the email to get pictures posted to Facebook and/or Flickr.

Inappropriate?Subject lines are only used if you don't insert any boxy text. If you have an e-mail signature and try to use the e-mail subject, the body will be used instead, resulting in either a disappearing post or the posting of your e-mail signature.
You send pictures by just attaching them to an e-mail. There is no trigger or syntax to use, as we just use the attachment enclosed in the e-mail. Also, make sure all of your settings for both Flickr and Facebook are enabled to allow photo posting.
