No updates posting to my facebook fan page

my status updates are not posting to my Facebook fan page or my regular Facebook page. Under settings and applications it lists ping.fm... I actually want to only have my ping.fm status updates etc post to my fan page only. Is this possible? And is there some sort of delay to my posts showing up on Facebook?
