Ping.fm & Facebook account (Business) won't authenticate ... just times out?

Ping.fm and Facebook for business don't seem to want to play nicely together. I'm able to connect to my personal page, but can't get a new account setup for a client to connect / authenticate with their Facebook account, which is one of the Facebook business accounts.
