Ping.fm IRC Bot

I think an IRC bot would be awesome, to be able to ping messages via a command line while on IRC would save tons of time. I'm thinking either PHP or possibly TCL. It's your call, everyone support me on this! I'd love to see just how far this site can go. Love your work and I will never stop using this awesome service.
