Ping more than 140 characters?
Sorry to immediately make the comparison but Hellotxt.com does something that I reeeeally like (but at the moment they are unable to update Plurk accounts) and I was hoping Ping.fm does the same and I’m just missing something...
On Hellotxt.com, I can type a status update to be as long as I like and when it goes over the typical 140 character mark it will add a shortlink back to the full-length post on the Hellotxt website. Does this feature exist at all for Ping.fm?
If not, I’d like to make a case to add it because not only is it an obvious benefit to Ping.fm users, it would also link people back to the Ping.fm website spurring more new users.
