Ping through SpinVox seems to ignore custom trigger

I setup a custom url for use as micro-blogging to email tasks to remberthemilk.com which works well. I set up a micro-blogging custom trigger for the custom url and set SpinVox to use the custom trigger but it seems to post to all micro-blogging networks. Is there any cache issues to be aware of as I included all micro-blogging networks in the custom trigger in the beginning then later removed all except the custom url?
