Pinging my microblog post to Wordpress, don't want it to!

Every time I send a ping for my micro blogs (@m), my Wordpress blog is updated. This is rather disconcerting because I now have to log in to Wordpress.com & delete the post. How do I prevent this from happening? I'm using the correct triggers and when I use the website, I pick 'ping my micro-blog.' Help!
