can you post on ping.fm and have it just go to the status updates sites? it goes to everything and its cluttering my blogs

Inappropriate?You can sent just to status by putting @s in front of your message. You can also set status to be the default posting method in your default settings.

Also, if you don't want status messages going to some services, edit the service and de-select the "Status updates" checkbox.

Inappropriate?When using the "micro blogging" option Ping still updates Facebook even when the micro blogging option is not selected for Facebook.

Inappropriate?Looks like you are posting status messages. Your default posting settings are set to "status." and status is enabled in your Facebook settings.
Try setting your default settings to Micro-blog. Then it won't update Facebook statuses.

Yes, my default is set to "status". However, If I select "micro blog" from the drop down and then Ping the update goes to Facebook too when the micro blogging option is not selected for the Facebook service.
