why do i have to resubmit my ping info to tumblr and identi.ca every couple of days

Inappropriate?ok, try this, clear cache/cookies/temps and then, if you have either of those two sites set to 'Remember Me' get rid of it, see if the problem goes away.
when I started using my wireless I'd keep having to reset things like that but, if it remembers you from one place, and then you connect from a place down the block, it can get mixed up. sure you have to enter your pass each time...but hey.

Inappropriate?Are you changing your passwords? Once you enter your info, it's stored until you remove it.

Inappropriate?no. not changing anything. and when I attempt to resubmit my name and password to tumblr for example, I often get an error message saying that my settings could not be authenticated or something like that. This will happen over and over again until I actually re-enter the info in the dialog boxes.
