SMS not posting

I am having the same problem. Nothing is posting via my cell phone, either by txt to the 918 number or by MMS e-mail to my posting e-mail. However, I can post fine with the Web interface. I have combed the help wikis and read and reread the "Services/Tools" information. I am on T-Mobile.

Also, when I posted a photo to FB with my posting e-mail via the Web interface, it posted twice in my news feed, both as a *link* to the ping.fm hosting site and as a *picture* in my "Ping.fm Photos" album.

The second issue isn't a huge problem, but the first issue is my chief complaint. Posting to multiple social-networking services via my cell phone was the primary reason I wanted to use ping.fm. If I can't get it to work, I'm back to Twitter --> FB --> FF.

Is there a fix for this? I was SO excited to see that you guys had an SMS number to text to for updates, then tried it this morning and no update went through. Kind of frustrating.

From the information on the first post, I figured there was a place to add my cell number to my account to be able to associate the two, but I can't find where that is. Do I just email you guys my information and you'll take care of it for me? Or is there a place for me to go to do it myself?

I have the same problem. I use the international number. I have entered my phone number in the field, and also sent the confirmation code to the international number. My phone number is correctly displayed on the international number page. Despite this, none of the sms I have sent have gone through. My fb statuses are not updated and i cannot see the update in my ping recent posts.
Any idea how I can go further?

Is SMS still down for maintenance? (23 days seems to be an awfully long time to be down for maintenance.) Anyway, it would be nice to have an update when it's back up.

I have tried it again today at 15:48, since I read it was up and running again since Sunday. But it still does not work: my status is not updated and I don't see what I have sent on ping.fm either. Same problem! I'm have an i-wireless phone with unlimited texting yet, none of my updates get pushed through, please fix.. :(

My international sms is received by ping.fm but not posted to Tumblr. A normal ping.fm message from the dashboard does get posted...

I really need this function as I want to use it to inform people while sailing.

Same problem here. My mobile phone number is correctly registered but none of the messages appears in facebook.
