Trigger service for Photos?
So I'm looking to send an e-mail with an attached photo to both Facebook and Flickr. I can't setup a custom trigger for this as the only options are Status Update, Micro-Blogging and Blogging of which Flickr setup does not let me configure to.
Can we get a new trigger service for photo's?

With a bit more playing around I've found that when I send an e-mail with a photo attached, Ping.FM not only adds the photo to my Facebook photo album but it also performs a status update. For me this is not desirable as I don't want a status update (much like you get in flicker with the ping.fm URL to the picture and my text) each and every time I just upload a photo.
The work around I found was to make a permission change within Facebook on the Ping.FM Facebook application to remove the "Status Update" ability and now I just get the photos up without a status update...
Though, as you can imagine, this does prevent Ping.FM from doing any status updates to Facebook! Can I have both though? If we had a specific trigger just for photos which only upload to Facebook or other photo sharing networks without status updates. Or if we are given the ability to create a custom trigger on how to deal only with a photo might work...
On a side note... How about photo updates to Brightkite.com as they also support photo posts... Could this work?

yeah - i noticed the photo 'status updates'. really annoying. -
Inappropriate?I'd like to be able to do triggers on photo uploads as well - being able to only post to flickr and not post anywhere else when sending a photo would be fantastic.
