Want an RSS feed of my posts...

On the page http://getsatisfaction.com/pingfm/top... there is a link to the new(-ish) Posted Messages page (http://ping.fm/recent/). Is there a way to put this list into an RSS feed? I want to put a widget of my postings on a site that doesn't allow Javascript, but I found a place that can take an RSS feed and put it in a flash feed reader.
