Compliment PingMyMap

I currently have no need of this service, but your visual design is gorgeous. I think it's the prettiest web site I've ever seen. Nice job!

But this comment page has a bad usability problem. I don't know what "product or service" this comment is about--all I know is, I'm at pingmymap.com. The dropdown box with the "suggest" feature would be nice if it ever suggested anything, but all it says is, "Sorry, we don't have that." If I can't pick from a list, I don't even know what kind of thing I'm supposed to be guessing at. And what are those gray boxes? This product-or-service box is, sadly, a total fail. Give me just a text box!
