Can't sign in, email not recognized

I signed up Thursday, never got a confirmation email, and cannot log in. I may have incorrectly entered my email address, as when I use the 'forgot password' form it comes back 'That email address is not valid or your account is not active; please try again.'

I've also sent two messages to the support team from the 'contact' section of the website, with no replies. This is getting a little ridiculous as I paid $400 for this service.
