Share releases in different agency newsrooms?

Hi. Can releases appear in two different agency newsrooms? I represent a brand (Bridgedale) and will have my own agency newsroom; my client (Garmont NA) has their own newsroom with other brands and would like my brand to show up there too. Is this possible.
