When I click to preview my release the screen gives a connection error. I also cannot view other releases on the news feed.

I'm unable to replicate this problem, but my guess is that it is a localized problem to your network. Usually a "connection error" indicates a network problem between you/your browser and the server, this can be because of latency caused by a slow internet connection.

Could you let me know which browser and operating system you are using and what the error you are getting says?

I'd be glad to try to track this down for you.
