Changes to our backlog are not getting applied
* I have now moved a story three times and it only shows up in the new backlog position occasionally. All users can see the move in the history, but the true change is not visible in most circumstances.
* Earlier today, an accepted story was still showing up as unaccepted 10-15 minutes after th change was applied
* Some story comments seem to require a refresh to appear.
