Is it just me, or is Tracker very touchy about attachments lately?
Lately, when I attach files to stories (usually JPG mockups), the file uploads quickly, but then I get the spinning icon and the "processing..." label FOR-EV-ER. (I just found one that has been going for about 12 hours. I have to kill them and re-upload. Not sure what the problem is, but I thought I would report it. Let me know if you need more details.

Inappropriate?There is a bug in the code that processes the file uploads. Seems that occasionally we get some attempts to enter duplicate rows in the database which then causes the file upload to appear to hang for-ev-er.

Inappropriate?Today it seems to be manifested differently. Now when I try to attach something, it does not even upload. I get a "Unknown upload exception occurred" message.

Inappropriate?We've identified the problem causing the "Unknown upload exception occurred". We have a fix and are arranging a time to deploy it. We'll keep you posted.
