Whoops now I got a stale error as I was writing this up and doing nothing in tracker:
Error executing a stale commands: Type Error: this._resource has no properties (queue contents are: []) Please click OK to reload tracker.
You have a typo in that above error message which you might want to fix. (commands should be command)
Turns out that multiple people just got these. One person was editing a comment and one was trying to upload a photo and another was starting a story. Everyone was able to accomplish what they wanted either on the first try or a subsequent one.

Inappropriate?Hi - I've been getting out of sequence errors today/yesterday. After the second one I got today, a release marker keeps getting placed at the bottom of the backlog.
