Unable to receive invitation
hey there - someone is sending me an invite, but its not getting through. when i check my mail server logs, it turns out that the sender cant be verified.
heres the error in exim4 logs:
2008-10-16 17:45:22 H=smtp.xc88.engineyard.com [65.74.177.134] F=<tracker-noreply@pivotaltracker.com> rejected RCPT <glenn@davy.net.au>: Sender verify failed.
i'm not prepared to configure mail server not to do a sender verify, otherwise my server gets black listed.
He's resent to another address (at isp), but it hasn't appeared there - presumably with same problem?

Inappropriate?Our SPF configuration for the www.pivotaltracker.com domain was configured incorrectly. The configuration was fixed two days ago. Please let us if you have any other problems with getting emails from Tracker.

Inappropriate?ok... well you should know this was happening 5pm yesterday aussie time, just 15hrs ago, not 2 days ago.
in mean time i've managed to accept an invite using a gmail account, but app wont allow me to change my choice of email addresses, because me 'Email addess is in use alreay' - presumably from one of the failed invites? Is there someway i can have my account use that email.
fyi:
working account is glenn.davy@gmail.com with username glenndavy
inaccessable account is glen@davy.net.au and is unactivated
i want the first account to have the email address glenn@davy.net.au
is that doable?

Inappropriate?You now should be able to change your email address of your active account to glenn@davy.net.au.

I have send the invitation to 3 different email addresses, hosted by 2 different ISP's. -
Inappropriate?danieroux - Sorry your having email issues as well. I've added some stories to look into the issues and to explore alternatives if the emails do get lost.

I've added more team members 4 hours ago - including the decision makers. They have not yet received their invites so they can not create their accounts.
Difficult for them to approve switching to pivotal if they can't get in! -
Inappropriate?my team had the same problems I tried adding two people and even resending invites but both claim to have not gotten them. They are both in the sbcs.com domain.
