The Team Strength feature allows you to indicate when your team is more or less strong than usual. Click on the little percent sign icon in the iteration header and enter your team strength as a percentage of normal. The iteration will be re-planned to include effort points equal to (Velocity x Team Strength). The Team Strength will appear in the header instead of the percent sign icon.

Inappropriate?It would be nice if tracker can measure team strength from time tracking software or Time project, where members enter time and assign it to a particular project they work on during a day.
