We've added a delete feature that allows for removal of user content that we are serving to blogs & micro-blogs.
To access the feature simply
- Log-in to Pixelpipe
- Select your content to be deleted under Recent Uploads
- Select the delete link under the content preview
- Accept the warning and you're done
Note: If you've uploaded to other destinations you will still need to delete your content from the individual destinations of your choice. There is also no chance of recovery so make sure you are selecting the correct files before deleting!

Inappropriate? We don't have that feature at this time however it's coming soon. Keep an eye on @pixelpipe on twitter for updates

Folks, that's been the promise for at least 5-6 months now. Get real, this is a basic PRIVACY issue - deleting media that's stuck on your site and removing accounts with all associated data from pixelpipe altogether. -
Inappropriate?Brett's answer doesn't actually answer anything. Is there a reason it wasn't implemented in the first place? I mean, how easy is it to delete something from a database?
This needs to be addressed sooner rather than later, and I certainly will NOT subscribe to a twitter feed for such a notice. That sounds like market speak for "we're going to tell you we're looking into it, but we're actually not, but while you're at it, please sign up for marketing materials from us"
I’m annoyed

Inappropriate? We're working on that feature now. It's a bit more complex then just deleting an entry from a DB however will be completed in the next day or so.

Inappropriate? Is there a setting that automatically deletes images from pixelpipe after they've been successfully transferred to other sites? Or that only keeps them on the pixelpipe site for a (day/week/month) then automatically deletes them from pixelpipe? Perhaps with an option to keep/purge image records/metadata/history to further preserve my privacy?
-
Inappropriate?Would love to see the option of automatically deleting the content from pixelpipe when the transfer is complete to other pipes.

Inappropriate?Hi I have Pixelpipe on my iPhone and use it constantly for easy uploading to my designated sites-great app for that! However is there a way to delete photos from "Media" on my iPhone?? Please help as I have a big collection and it's taking forever for Pixelpipe to start up due to loading them all now! thanks
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Brett:
THANK YOU for providing a delete option, I wasn't even aware that they were being also archived on Pixelpipe! Many are mobile photos of my children and I care a lot about stray copies of my photos archived and what happens to them once they reach my (protected) social network destinations.
For those of us who have shared literally hundreds/thousands of photos via Pixelpipe, is there a better way to BULK delete? Right now it's one-at-a-time and with the additional "are you sure?" confirmation it takes forever just to even delete 20 or so photos.... now imagine trying to clear them ALL out..
I would think as the Pixelpipe owner you would want less media sitting around your servers taking up space? I second the previous recommendation above for user to have an option to have them deleted after a set period of time (say, 30 days?) and then auto-delete. OR- better yet, simply have a "Delete all" option (with appropriate one-time confirmation).
Brett can you please be specific if any type of "Delete all" or bulk (multiple-select and delete) features are on your roadmap? Or is this something not happening beyond today's single delete feature?
Thanks
I’m unsure
