Cannot add MobileMe even though credentials are correct
I cannot add MobileMe as a pipe, I am told that my credentials are wrong, even though I know for a fact that they are correct. Any idea what's up?

We're looking at the server logs and it looks like you've been able to add MobileMe. Do you still require any help or are you good now? -
Inappropriate?Hi Brett, sorry to say but MobileMe still refuses to be added as a pipe. I am told my credentials are invalid even though I know they are correct (MobileMe sync is working fine on my Mac, and I can log into me.com as well).
Question: how does PixelPipe handle special characters for adding third-party services? I use a couple such characters in my MobileMe password. Could that be causing the problem? -

Inappropriate?Passwords are often case sensitive for services. Are you matching the case correctly? You might want to simplify your password to all lowercase characters if you continue to have issues.1 Comment

I wouldn't have come here if I hadn't been absolutely positive the problem was not on my side. My credentials are correct, case and all. -
Inappropriate?I have logged into MobileMe on my iPhone, two different Mac System Preferences panes, and off and on throughout the day at me.com. It is absolutely impossible that I am typing my password incorrectly.

I managed to login using Roboform and took the credentials from Roboform and put them into pixelpipe, but it still screams about the credentials being incorrect. There is something wrong with your connection to Mobileme

Inappropriate?Do you have any non-standard characters or spaces in your username or password? We're having trouble reproducing the issue & require a bit more information.

Inappropriate?Still having this problem, and my password is lowercase letters, numbers, and one special character that is not found across a standard keyboard's line of numbers.

Inappropriate?Why don't you try taking that non-standard character out and see if it works. Let us know if it works and we can run some tests on our side to fix the issue.
