Cannot configure N97 through site or widget using downloaded .cfg
I have tried to install the app 5 times. Each time I get the .cfg file, open, and I get a black screen with the only option being to Cancel. I let the screen run until it times out and goes back to the downloaded .cfg file.
When I open Nokia Online Share there is no choice fopr Pixelpipe. I then run the "Update Services" choice in Share and PP still is not added. Restarting the phone does not help or change the problem.
I have opened the .cfg file in X-Plore and I can see the XML data but running the config file does not impact the phone (C: drive or E: Mass storage drive).

Inappropriate?Hmm, strange we're really popular with N97 users (including myself) so I know the configuration process works great.
You might want to try doing a manual configuration, you can download the config file at http://m.pixelpipe.com/nokia from your phone. Look at the bottom of the page for the cfg file and instructions.
Let us know how this works out for you, we'd like to figure out why you're having issues. -
Inappropriate?I did download from that location two times. I just tried again, but did two things different.
First, I used X-Plore to clear out all cache
Second, there are two links in the m.pixlepipe.com/nokia page seen on the phone. The first time I used the first link three times and had the same error. This time I used the link at the bottom and FINALLY saw the "added to Share Online" notification!
It seems to be working. I say seems because my account got authenticated and I selected a video to load to facebook and it appears it is loading. I'll know when I check fb in a little while.
Thank you so much for your help!!! Can I delete all those .cfg files now?
I’m ecstatic!

Inappropriate? It is working now. Thank you for your help!

Inappropriate? How strange, I wonder what's preventing you from getting the automated configuration downloads. Did you disable "Open while downloading" in your browser settings by chance?
-
Inappropriate? The choice shown for "Open While Downloading" is Yes. I take that to mean that the feature is enabled. I had gone through multiple methods to get the config file (have 11 total) and yet the only tim eit worked was after clearing cache and using the second link in the m.pixelpipe URL accessed on the phone.
Tis very strange.... -
Inappropriate?I also have problems with the share-online .cfg and the widget. I can install the widget, but when I open it, i can't login (I can with all other apps). Looks like it doesn't send data to pixelpipe..
When I go to m.pixelpipe.com/nokia the first link only downloads a .cfg but that doesn't add pixelpipe to shareonline. The second link gives me a 503 HTML error.
Looks like no pixelpipe for me (nokia FW 12.0.026, no update available yet)
I’m frustrated
