Difficult to determine which pipes have been added
Please add a method for determining/marking which pipes have been added to Pixelpipe. you might consider removing already added pipes from the displayed list, or changing the icon to a grayed out form.

Inappropriate?You can manage your Pipes (media destinations) by selecting My Pipes from the left hand navigation. From there you can enable/disable, remove and set some basic settings, expect to see more options coming soon.
We don't remove your existing destinations from the list since you can set up delivery to multiple accounts on the same service or service type. An example would be sending all of your media to two separate Atom blogs or even two Flickr accounts.
Thanks for the suggestions though, we'll look into making these features a bit more obvious.

Inappropriate?Yeah, digging one level deeper doesn't help the situation - this is a rather massive usability issue. There's no simple way of telling what's been added on the "Add Pipes" screen, and sending people to "My Pipes" without a direct comparison tool is rather... kludgey, at best.
