Emails not arriving at Pixelpipe
Hi! I think Pixelpipe is a great service, but I'm having issues.
I'm trying to get my photos into Smugmug by having friends and family send email to an email address on my domain, and then having that email forwarded on to Pixelpipe. I've tried a couple of different options, and neither has worked:
1. friends forward to gmail, and gmail forwards to Pixelpipe
2. my domain registrar automatically forwards mail sent to a particular address to my Pixelpipe address
Any ideas what the issue could be?
Please let me know if you need specific account information.

Inappropriate? You might want to provide your friends with your private Pixelpipe upload email address so they can post directly to avoid any conflicts with forwarding from other services. I'd suggest setting up a 2nd account for just this purpose to avoid having your friends posting to your Smugmug account.
You can find your private upload email address at http://pixelpipe.com/settings. We also include a feature on that page that allows you to change the address if you'd ever like to revoke the privilege. -
Hi Brett.
I've been doing a little experimentation, and I think I see the issue. If I have a friend forward the email to photos@mydomain.com, my registrar will deliver the email to Pixelpipe, but the "To" field will still contain "photos@mydomain.com" rather than hello32world@upload.pixelpipe.com. The pixelpipe address will appear in the "delivered to" field perhaps.
