how to make photos uploaded to all fb albums show up in news feed/profile page?

when i upload a photo to the default album (pixelpipe) to facebook it shows up in my feed on my profile page. if i choose a different album the photo does go to the album but it doesn't show up on my profile page in my news feed. is there a setting change so that all pics, no matter which album they are uploaded to, show up in the news feed?
