Hyves pipe does not seem to work 'Invalid service requested. Cannot add service.' on clicking on logo.

Eh...everytime I try to add Hyves.net to Pixelpipe as a destination, Hyves says: "6: Hyves Api IP range restriction. The ip address you are trying to call from is 174.129.86.43". What can I do about this? -
