Inappropriate?MyFamily.com doesn't have an API we can use for upload. We've requested access and will add them as soon as they provide us with a method.
If they support email upload you can add them your self by setting up your email upload address as an Email Pipe with your MyFamily upload address as the destination1 Comment

I have been trying to contact the support for MyFamily.com without any success at finding an email address where there are actually people there to answer specific questions that I need answers to. I do not like their "canned answers' as they are much too broad in scope, and I need help with a specific problem that is not covered completely in these things. Can you help me find an email address for them or maybe an 800 number to call to get help? Thanks. Bobbi -

If you visit http://www.tgn.com/default.aspx?html=... you will find their contact information towards the middle of the page. I don't see a 1-800-xxx number listed, so you may have to make the sacrifice and call them, or call the Ancestry.com support number. They may be able to help you, as they are all part of The Generations Network.

Inappropriate?We've spoken to MyFamily.com a few times and requested API access. It's just not available so we really can't do much at this point.
Do you know if they have the ability to upload media via email?
