Nokia N97 and Share Online Sending video as 3GP instead of Original

Videos I upload from Nokia N97 (Share Online) are showing up on pixelpipe as 3gp files that are not playable on youtube, flickr or facebook. Shouldn't it be mp4? I uploaded a video last week without a problem and now I dont know why it's not working anymore.
