PixelPipe doesn't recognize SmugMug Power user video upload capability

I have a Power Account with SmugMug, which supports videos uploads. However, when I try to use my iPhone PixelPipe application to send a video to SmugMug, I get an error message of "Smugmug: failed due to This account is not a Pro account, and hence does not support video.. ". I've contacted SmugMug and they said that the video should be supported and to contact you. I've also uploaded the same video through a browser on a desktop computer and it worked fine. Could you please investigate and get back to me?
