Route picture to multiple destinations
Hello.
Is there a way to send a picture to multiple destinations?
I know about http://blog.pixelpipe.com/2008/08/30/... and do know that I can assign multiple routing tags to a destination and thus could eg. assign the tag "photo" to lets say flickr and photobucket. Then I could use the tag @photo and pixelpipe would send the picture (or upload, in general) to flickr and photobucket.
But is there a way to select that while sending the picture? Ie. when sending the picture, I'd like to assign the tags "photobucket" and "flickr" to the picture and pixelpipe should then send the picture to pb and flickr.
This would allow for greater flexibility.
Basically, I'm asking for a way to configure the pipe while routing the picture.
Can that be done?
Thanks,
Alexander

Inappropriate? Each service has a routing tag with it's name assigned by default. You can simply include the @service_name or assign your own custom names. If I'm understanding you correctly you'd just need to include @flickr, @photobucket to send to these services at the time of upload.

Hm, and how do I actually make this work?
Suppose I've got a picture that I want pixelpipe to route to box.net (@box) and drop.io (@io).
What do I have to enter as tags?
Tried and failed with:
- @io @box
- @io,box
What's the correct syntax? NB:I do not want to pre-setup a pipe/tag which is only assigned to box.net and drop.io.
For your reference, I send in http://pixelpipe.com/item/f84ae7f9-97... and had the tags "@io and @box" assigned when I uploaded the picture from my iPhone using your iPhone app. But the picture has been sent to ALLmy destinations, not just box.net and drop.io. -

Inappropriate?I think he's asking for the same thing that I'm looking for - the ability to select a few images and then get an option to specify which services to use for a particular upload.
