Service down? Last several post attempts through Gtalk failed.

My last several posts via Gtalk have not shown up on any of my piped apps. Furthermore, I ~always receive the confirmation "Your message has been successfully posted to Pixelpipe." so clearly that mechanism isn't a good indication of success.
