Twitpic just Duped a single Image Upload

Twitpic just published one of my photo uploads twice. http://twitpic.com/exky and http://twitpic.com/exkk - could be a bug in your uploader or in Twitpic, but for that particular photo upload (via the Uploadr desktop tool on OS X), this seems to be the only destination that duplicated.
