Another lost customer........
I am just mad as hell about my experience tonight. I was made to feel as though I was trying to rip off the company when in face I was trying to get some satisfaction for what happened to a friend and myself. We went into Pizza Hut to eat. We placed our order with the waitress and we requested a one trip salad bar. In the past the 1 trip has always been $1.99 when your paying for a meal. So not a problem right? Wrong, we got our bill and to our surpise we had been charge $3.49 for a salad. Thinking that it was an oversight we asked/told the waitress that we only went to the bar one time and we also ordered a meal. Then she proceeded to tell us that, that price was for kids only. Then I got mad, a price change and we wasnt told. I realize that after looking at the menu it was there in black and white but, normally when there is a price change and a person asks for a 1-trip salad wouldnt you as a waitress let the customer knw that it was one price no matter how many times we went. Instead we went to the salad bar the one time thinking it was all the one low price because we bought a meal and nope the girl never told us different. So when we went to pay and tried to dispute our bill the workers all acted as though we were trying to rip them off, but I think we were ripped off because our waitress failed to do her job and not inform us, and to make matters worse, we didnt even get the right sized plate. We had a small plate not even the salad plate! They no longer have to worry about my buisness. I not only will not eat there again I will tell more people about my experience and discourage them as well.
