How to copy/paste/move an area of an image?
How do you move parts of an image around, or copy and paste into an image rather than replacing the whole image on paste?
Eg. in photoshop you would select an area then just move it, or just paste to get a new layer that you can move around

Inappropriate?Skitch does not currently support layering.
You can crop an image. You can resize an image.
Skitch does not currently support the editing of an area of the the image, or the "montage'ing" of multiple images.

Inappropriate?One thing we do here at plasq is to use Skitch in conjunction with OmniGraffle to do composting for fast mockups using multiple images. You might try that.

Its works perfect for compositing images together!
