Love to know what you 'always' and 'never' do with Skitch?
We'd love to know what you 'always' and 'never' do with Skitch
For example, you may 'always share my own LOLcats by drag into iChat sessions'
'I never use the Photo button, I always snap from iPhoto'
What do you 'always' and 'never' do?
Do you always do something because you love it, or just find it handy?
Do you 'never' do something because you forget about it, or because you hate using it?

Inappropriate?:-)
-
Inappropriate?I always use the "Add dropshadow" feature. So much so that I've tried to set up a keystroke for it, but it seems Skitch's menu is incompatible with the MacOSX keystroke manager.

Inappropriate?currently I never do anything with skitch because I can't get it to work...but when it did work I always added text to pictures ... I miss skitch
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Always:
I always add text to my screenshots, and either:
a) add an arrow.
b) use the draw tool to draw something.
Crop + Resize. Then upload to Skitch.com. I always have to visit the Skitch website to grab the URL. I always have to select my privacy settings on the Skitch website, to public.
Never, ever, ever!:
* Use the cam feature. - That's what photo booth is for.
* Use the eraser. - I just draw over parts I want to erase.
* Use the "Photos" button. - I can drag them in myself. :)
* Use the square or circle feature - I prefer just to draw them myself using the draw tool.
* Rotate an image 90 degrees. - I only use Skitch for screenshots, so, no thanks.
* Have Skitch in my Dock. - The menu bar rocks.

Inappropriate?More now that I have a little more time...
Always (or often)
- Use CMD-Shift-5 to capture (then either use selection or click window)
- Use arrows and boxes
- Use "Add shadow..." (as mentioned above)
- Either use Webpost (to my own domain), drag to finder, or drag to Word
- Use the "Copy Link" button after Web posting (Best... Feature... EVER!)
- Use the PNG format
- If Skitching a photo, use the Photos button as it's WAY faster than firing up Aperture
Never
- Use the "snap" button
- Use the Circle tool
- Use Mail this Image, Send to Bluetooth, Print, Re-Snap, Frame snapshot, Flip, or Rotate
- Webpost to flickr, skitch.com, or anywhere else except my own domain
- Have Skitch in my Dock
Cheers,
-Chuck
I’m in love with Skitch!

Inappropriate?I always us Skitch for screen capture to illustrate a point or capture something kool to share.
I never use eraser or rarely use the tools... -
Inappropriate?I always use Skitch to annotate maps. I'll look up an address on Google Maps, then snap a screen shot with Skitch and point out important locations like parking and handicap accessible entrances. Once I'm done, I'll post it to skitch.com and embed the image on our website.
I typically don't use the history feature (because most of my finished images are on skitch.com) or the cam and erase tools.
